Hopefully you all have received the “TABS Flyer” sent out earlier.  If not, below the TABS follow up info is the text with details about time and information.

 

TABS FOLLOW-UP

 

THANK YOU to all who have stepped up to help with TABS!!!  Whether it’s cookies, donating time or money we can’t do this without you all!

 

COOKIES:

Many of you are making cookies – thanks to Barb Schrier for taking the lead on helping there!!!  If you have any questions about cookies or would still like to make some, please contact Barb.

 

Please bring your cookies Sunday morning so we can take them to North City with the early van.  (if you happen to forget, the later van can bring them and they are leaving at 3 PM)

 

DRIVERS & SERVERS

Thanks to Dawn Portwood and Wade for volunteering to drive the later group on in!!!  And to Daryl Simmons for jumping in to help drive the early group.

Thanks to the Gillespie small group for volunteering to help serve!

 

MONEY

Thanks to those who have given money to help with the meal.  Right now we have about $140, we need about $160 more to cover the bill.  (That’s just 16 people @ $10).  You can see me Sunday morning.

LAFAYETTE YOUTH GROUP DETAILS:

We want as many Lafayette Teens there as possible!!!

 

 

 

EARLY VAN:

For those who went to practice before (Includes Singers, Martyrs & Poetry people—if you didn’t go to practice at North City two weeks ago but would still like to participate, you need to call Mike at 636.549.4464 or 636.549.8644)

 

Bring clothes to change into

Martyrs don’t forget your “costumes” and buttons

Bring lunch money

We will leave after AM classes, eat lunch at West County Mall (I’m eating Chinese!!)

We will practice & set up at North City

The rest of the group will join us for TABS

We will help clean up.

The entire group should be back by no later than 7:45 PM

 

 

 

LATER VAN:

For those who are coming for TABS but not in the program—WE NEED YOU THERE!!!

 

3 PM—Wade Gillespie & Dawn Portwood (and other adults) are leaving the Lafayette building —be there early.
