Mark February 18-21, 2010 on the calendar (although not likely, the option of leaving Thursday evening is on the table). Most likely, we will leave Friday at 5 AM. Beginning in mid-October, as we have always done, it will be open to HS first then MS grades in order (8th, 7th, 6th) until lodging and transportation is full.
The cost will likely be about $125-$140 (transportation, rooms, WF registration, snacks) – I am still waiting on a few figures to finalize costs. Regardless of the final cost, a $75 non-refundable deposit will be due by November 22nd to hold your spot. AFTER November 22 the registration will increase by $30.
A registration form and finalized information will be coming soon but I wanted to get something out as soon as I could to help you spread out the cost.
I know this is an expensive trip! It is also a day out of school. As a youth minister AND a parent, I firmly believe it is more than worth it! This is a trip that is the highlight of the year for our group! Please make every effort possible to help your child plan to go. As always, if finances are an issue for your family, please let me know.
