There are still a few spots in the van, if you are in Middle School and still want to go, please see Dawn before or immediately after class.

 

 

• You need to eat lunch with your family
• Meet Dawn Malcolm back at the building to leave by 1:00 PM
• Bring $10 + food or souvenir money
• Bring $1 to help with parking
• Bring sack dinner or $$ for expensive hot dogs (doors open at 5 PM)
• Doors open at 5 PM and the Concerts start at 6:00 PM
• You are scheduled to return by 11 PM – BUT CALL YOUR PARENTS ON YOUR WAY OUT OF THE PARKING LOT.

[TeenMinistry] LTC Information

Dear LTC Parents:

 

We had a very productive first meeting this past Sunday for LTC and are very excited about working with the kids.  We just wanted to pass on some information to you----please make your reservations for LTC as soon as possible so we can all be in the same hotel.  You can go to www.mwltc.org to make them.  Any kids who signed up for pre-convention events need to have those completed before February 9^th.  Also, Bible Bowlers should be studying the book of John now!

 

LTC practices will be held on Sundays directly after church---please have your child bring a sack lunch on these Sundays.  We will not be meeting this Sunday due to TLC and Winterjam, but practices will begin on a regular basis the following Sunday on February 1^st.  If for some reason we cannot meet on a Sunday we will let you know via e-mail.

TLC (Training Leaders for Christ) is THIS weekend. 

 

• Friday night we will meet at the building at 6:00 PM. 
• Eat dinner before you come – there will be snacks there. 
• Don’t forget your dress clothes for the banquet Saturday night and that jeans, t-shirts or shorts are not allowed during the  class sessions Friday night and Saturday morning and afternoon. 
• (Friday night and Saturday night late – you can use your casual clothes) 
• You need money for lunch on Saturday. 
• We should be back to the building by 11:30 Sunday morning.

I just realized that I was supposed to send you an e-mail to send out to everyone for LTC.  We just need to let everyone know that we will have our first meeting for LTC this Sunday right after church.  Everyone should bring about $3.00 so we can purchase pizza for lunch.  The meeting will probably last 1 ½ hrs (maybe 2, I’m not sure since we have to eat too).  If you could get that info. out to everyone I would really appreciate it!
